ESPN’s widely-watched show College Gameday drew a crowd in State College, PA, in anticipation of the thrilling Big Ten rivalry clash between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Penn State Nittany Lions. Jason Kelce, the former Philadelphia Eagles star who has become a familiar face on the network since hanging up his cleats, was in attendance at the event; however, the real excitement took place after the broadcast ended.

Once the show wrapped up, Jason was interacting with fans when a heckler approached him, launching an anti-LGBT slur directed at the former Eagles center concerning his brother’s relationship with Taylor Swift.
“Hey Kelce, how does it feel knowing that your brother is a f****t for dating Taylor Swift?” the heckler yelled. In response, Jason confronted the heckler, took his phone, and smashed it on the ground, shattering it completely.

After the incident, the heckler continued to provoke Kelce, confronting him about the destroyed phone. They squared off again, with Kelce asking, “Who’s the f****t now?”
Looks like the guy chased Jason all the way down to the stadium to get his smashed phone back and Jason was ready to go.

Travis, Jason’s brother, began dating pop icon Taylor Swift at the start of the 2023 season. This relationship brought Swift into the spotlight at Kansas City Chiefs games throughout the season leading to the Super Bowl. After his Philadelphia Eagles were eliminated, Jason attended those games and shared that he gained a better understanding of the attention Swift garners daily.
“I think I finally began to understand some of the hurdles she has to deal with on a regular basis,” Jason remarked.
“There were so many celebrities present. Everyone wants to see her. The suite’s only has so much room. It was incredibly overwhelming, to be honest. I went out to mingle with Keegan-Michael Key, his wife, and many other guests. The level of celebrity at the game was unreal.
