Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady appears to have been keeping up his fitness regimen since wrapping up his 23-season career in the league. At 47 years old, Brady recently managed to bench press 245 pounds—a feat he noted was his maximum lift from the past 18 years.
This impressive moment can be seen on Brady’s YouTube channel, which currently boasts 80,000 subscribers.

“I would have thought you were crazy if you’d told me this morning I’d need to lift 245,” Brady remarked.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion is well-known for his resilience, having contended for the MVP award in his last season (2021) at 44 years of age.
Brady, often referred to as TB12, continues to impress; not only is he lifting impressive weights, but he has also showcased his leaping ability, which caught many off guard.

Notably, Brady may be unparalleled in his success as a quarterback, holding numerous records, including the highest winning percentage (.754) among all NFL quarterbacks with at least 100 games played. He is also the all-time leader in passing yards, with 89,214, and holds the record for the most passing touchdowns in NFL history, totaling 649.
