Media Expert Praises Colorado’s Progress
The Buffaloes entered this season determined to captivate the college football world, and they have achieved that goal. With three victories in their last four games against FBS opponents, Colorado has earned its first AP Top 25 ranking of the Coach Prime era, currently sitting at 21st in the nation. ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum has commended Colorado, calling their season one of the “greatest turnarounds” in football history.
“I believe Colorado has come around, though,” Finebaum remarked.
“They have so many outstanding players. And really, whatever happens this season, it has been one of the remarkable turnarounds of all time, especially if they can find a way to reach the championship game in the Big 12.”
Despite Colorado’s strong performance this season, Finebaum warns that their upcoming match against the Red Raiders poses certain dangers.
“This is a tricky game,” Finebaum noted. “Remember, last week, this Texas Tech team defeated Iowa State. Playing in Lubbock is never easy.”
The resurgence of the Buffaloes has been notable as they appear to be on the path to bowl eligibility this season. However, questions remain regarding whether this turnaround can be maintained over the long haul.
Stars like Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders are likely frontrunners for the Heisman Trophy. With both players projected to enter the draft this spring, speculation arises about whether Sanders might be inclined to transfer to a more prestigious program (*cough* Florida State) if the opportunity presents itself.
