Davante Adams Sends Message to Raiders

When Davante Adams signed with the Raiders, his goal was to reconnect with the chemistry he had with quarterback Derek Carr during their college days at California State University. However, following Carr’s departure, the situation soured, prompting Adams to seek a trade.

Upon his trade from the Raiders, Adams took a moment to express his gratitude to the organization.

“To my teammates, coaches, ownership, and staff, you all have taught me countless lessons, and I am forever grateful for the resiliency, drive, and unwavering support when I put on the historic shield every Sunday,” Adams stated. “From Oakland to Las Vegas, Raider Nation has and always will be part of my family.”

Robert Saleh Breaks Silence Following Jets Termination

A new era began for the Jets on Monday evening. Following a loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 5, New York made the unexpected decision to fire head coach Robert Saleh, with Jeff Ulbrich stepping in as the interim head coach. Additionally, offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett has been relieved of his playcalling duties.

After his firing, Saleh issued a statement reflecting on his tenure with the team.

“To the Jets Organization, I am thankful for the chance to work alongside so many remarkable individuals. I will forever cherish the love and support from everyone at 1 Jets Drive,” Saleh remarked.

“To all the players, I truly love and appreciate each and every one of you. The character of the men in the locker room made coaching you an absolute privilege. Despite all the ups and downs, each one of you showed up every day and seized every moment.”

There were also whispers that Saleh intended to relieve Jets offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett of his playcalling responsibilities prior to his sudden exit. Nonetheless, he took the time to acknowledge his coaching staff as he left.

“To my fellow coaches and staff, it has been a great honor to collaborate with all of you,” Saleh mentioned. “Each of you was ‘all in’ and made sacrifices for one another that will never be forgotten. I wish you all the best for the remaining season.”
