According to Adam Schefter, the Raiders have made a significant addition by hiring Andrew Janocko as their new offensive coordinator. This move marks a reunion with Klint Kubiak in Las Vegas.
At 37, Janocko brings a wealth of experience. He began his playing career as a quarterback at Pittsburgh before transitioning to coaching. After a year at Rutgers, he entered the NFL in 2012 with the Buccaneers, initially serving as an offensive quality control coach.
From 2015 through 2021, Janocko held various roles with the Vikings before taking on the role of QB coach with the Bears in 2022. The following year, he continued to develop quarterbacks as the Saints’ QB coach and, in 2025, joined the Seahawks in the same capacity.
Stay tuned for more updates on Janocko and how he plans to impact the Raiders’ offense.
